Made for AMES game design challenge 2026 using the given prompt "Everything has a cost"

You're a post collage minimum wage corner-store worker struggling with burnout financially struggling to keep up with both bills and collage loan payments. 

The monotony of your work drives you crazy; you find yourself using small dopamine hits from buying and consuming things like chips or sodas. eventually, even those stop working. 

you're already on strike two at work for being late so much, one more and you're fired. There's no way you can afford that. 

Your friends are concerned about you, and your landlord and boss are hounding you on late payments and poor performance.

Will you kick the crutch you rely on to get through the days?

Or will you be just another victim of consumption?
